Join us in partnership with SCAAC for a cheese board and cheese making workshop! Help support the arts by making your own board and then follow it up by creating your own cheese.

First make a board, we have pre-cut local wood slabs in a variety of sizes for you to choose from. You'll select, sand, oil, and brand your own custom board from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Next, join local professional cheesemaker, Meghan McKenna for a hands-on cheesemaking class from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. We will make fresh Chevre/Fromage Blanc and whole milk ricotta. We will also play with herbs and edible flowers to create cheesy works of art. You will leave with your own cheese creations, recipes and the confidence to make cheese at home.

Bring a snack for the break in-between and take home your own board and cheese!
