Camano Island’s Arrowhead Ranch hosted its winter Festival on Saturday and Sunday, featuring visits with Santa, kids crafts, face painting, balloon animals, life size snow globes, cookies and hot coco, as well as Maker’s Market and a wreath making workshop.
